Our club is located in the Conniburrow area, and we are individuals from various groups and neighborhoods across Milton Keynes, with a specific focus on Conniburrow. This community-centered approach highlights our commitment to supporting and uplifting Conniburrow residents.

Our mission is to empower youth and inspire academic excellence while building resilience in the diverse communities of Milton Keynes. We aim to achieve this through education, wellbeing activities, and community Cafe, embracing the richness of our diverse backgrounds. Our goal is to find common ground, advocate mutual respect, and celebrate the strength of our community as we shape our legacy together.

Additional initiatives undertaken by the HCWA organisation include the “Homework Club,” which provides academic support and mentorship to local students, outdoor camping and hiking trips to promote outdoor recreation and environmental awareness, and the establishment of a community café aimed at fostering social connections and hosting events that celebrate cultural diversity and community engagement.

OUR MISSION

Empower the local African diaspora

Put simply, our key, core mission is to empower the local African Diaspora and provide positive education about the Diaspora to help with the development of the community. We want to provide a positive environment where the Diaspora can maximise its potential. In addition, we aim to provide knowledge and networks to help promote the Diaspora’s cause.
