Our Art for Wellbeing and Diversity Program is a vibrant and inclusive initiative that celebrates the therapeutic power of creativity while embracing the richness of diversity Designed to provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals from all walks of life, our program offers a diverse range of art workshops and activities that promote emotional well-being and storytelling workshops.
The activities workshops are led by skilled facilitators with a deep understanding of art therapy and diversity, our sessions encourage participants to explore their unique identities, experiences, and perspectives through the creative process.
Painting abstracts offers a canvas for unrestricted expression, allowing participants to search into their emotions, thoughts, and innermost desires through spontaneous brushstrokes and vibrant colours. Collage, on the other hand, invites individuals to playfully assemble different materials and textures, creating new narratives and connections from diverse elements.
